Princess or Con Artist, How a Woman was Awarded Expensive Homes In London

Sara Al Amoudi the so called Saudi Princess has just won a case at the High Court of Justice in London against two London-based property property brokers, Amanda Clutterbuck and Ian Paton. The battle was over 6 flats; the properties located in Knightsbridge, a trendy part of the British capital  are worth over $23m. Mrs justice Aplin believed her lawyers argument that the properties were signed over to her "for payments of loans" made to Mr. Paton and Ms Clutterbuck who were former lovers. It is also said that Mr. Paton had an affair with Ms Al Amoudi while they were arranging the imaginary deals with her wealthy"Saudi family"

Ms Al Amoudi is suspected to be of Ethiopian descent and a former prostitute posing as a princess in order to con her suspected victims. She rides around in limousines and has body guards always with her when she appears in court.

30 Year Old Nigerian American Plans to Unseat The Mayor of Chicago

Amara Enyia, a lawyer and community organizer in Chicago (a la Obama) is planning a run for the Mayoral office in that city in 2015. Amara, who runs ACE Municipal Partners is not afraid of the hard knuckle, abrasive mayor of Chicago Rahm Emmanuel who served as Whitehouse Chief-of-Staff in the early days of the Obama administration. Mr Emmanuel is known to be a hardball politician but Amara who was raised by political activist parents says it is because of his administrations culture of intimidation that she wants to run against him.

To celebrate the milestone, the social network has released a tool called A Look Back that compiles a user’s pictures and videos into a slideshow with sentimental music.

CEO Mark Zuckerberg also marked the occasion by posting a nostalgic letter on his public Facebook page.

"When I reflect on the last 10 years, one question I ask myself is: why were we the ones to build this? We were just students. We had way fewer resources than big companies. If they had focused on this problem, they could have done it,” he wrote. “The only answer I can think of is: we just cared more."

He went on to say that he’s more excited about the company’s next 10 years than its first 10.

The Girl Who Cries Stones

A 12-year-old girl has baffled doctors after crying stones instead of tears - with locals fearing she may be 'possessed'. 

Saadiya Saleh, who lives in a village in Yemen, produces the small, hard stones beneath her eyelids. They are then naturally pushed to the front of her eyes, before falling down her cheeks. 

However, locals have spoken of their fears that the young girl is possessed by magic.

The case has triggered panic in the area where this girl lives Some say the girl could be gripped by a magic spell, while others say it might be the devil. Others fear it could be the start of a dangerous epidemic.

An undergraduate of the University of Ibadan, 28-year- old Orowo Jesse Omokoh, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly obtaining Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.) from one Mrs. Jette Jacob, an Australian based in Johannesburg, South Africa, in what is known as romance scam.

The suspect allegedly met the Aussie on a dating site and struck a sizzling romantic affair that necessitated him moving to Johannesburg in 2013 to link up with his lover.

What A Difference Weather Makes

It is -12C now in Calgary and 32C in Lagos see. This shows the diversity in weather between these two countries. While Lagos is in western Nigeria, Calgary is in Western Canada. These are two growing cities but beyond that growth, the difference, like we say in Nigeria is 7Up. Calgary is well planned with communities being developed according to that plan, roads, rail systems, public infrastructure are world class but in Lagos, even with the efforts of the present administration there, the infrastructure is no where adequate.

This is our inaugural blog; it is an introduction to what we intend to provide.
