What A Difference Weather Makes

It is -12C now in Calgary and 32C in Lagos see. This shows the diversity in weather between these two countries. While Lagos is in western Nigeria, Calgary is in Western Canada. These are two growing cities but beyond that growth, the difference, like we say in Nigeria is 7Up. Calgary is well planned with communities being developed according to that plan, roads, rail systems, public infrastructure are world class but in Lagos, even with the efforts of the present administration there, the infrastructure is no where adequate.
